• Now school can fail standard 5th and 8th student.
• Amend Artical 16 of the RTE Act.
• The Rule applies from this year to this year.
• Expert's Says that critical decision to fail in standard 5th and 8th.
• GCERT will provide more than 2.5 lakh students of standard 5th and 8th examination.
• If any students the annual exam fails, government gives a one chance in two months for pass exam.
